With accurately reproduced rearview mirrors, sectioned rear wing and polycarbonate body shell, theassembly kit features all necessary markings for the 2004 Rally Mexico. About the 2004 Subaru Impreza Taking advantage of new regulations, the 2004 Impreza features loads of improvements to the body, engine, suspension and aerodynamic design. The rear wing has been redesigned for improved aerodynamic performance and the flat horizontally opposed engine has been refined for more power. Making its debut in Mexico in round 3, the 2004 Impreza performed well in its first outing leading for most of the round until suffering a 5-minute penalty. 2003 Champion Petter Solberg has since been able to steer the Impreza to victories on the smooth gravel of New Zealand and the rough terrain of Greece, proving the new Impreza impresses on all surfaces. Currently second in the Drivers Championship, Solberg is chasing back-toback Championships.
Lightweight & Perfectly Balanced The longitudinally placed motor allows reliable power transfer through a shaft-driven 4WD transmission. Drive train and battery are loaded flat in the bathtub chassis for a low center of gravity, giving you a perfectly balanced chassis. 4-wheel double wishbone suspension combines with front and rear diff gear to ensure consistent handling and excellent cornering performance. The overall chassis has been designed for easy assembly and maintenance making it perfect for those new to the world of R/C cars.
