Radio Controlled Models & Hobbies We first opened in 1974 as a Radio Controlled Model Specialist in aircraft and boats, but after a few years and the popularity of radio modelling grew we moved into other aspects of the hobby. First with radio controlled helicopters and then onto radio controlled cars. as our custom grew supporting local clubs around Scotland we soon outgrew our shop. We moved to larger premises in April 1988. since then we have moved into other hobbies and now support pass times as models railways, kites, scalextric, dolls houses, die-cast models, plastic model kits, warhammer wargames and si-fi models and it goes on. New lines are being introduced all the time. Situated at the west side of Edinburgh we are very accessible from all parts. M8 from Glasgow, M9 from Stirling, M90 from Fife via the Forth bridge and the A8 from the centre of Edinburgh all lead to us. Parking is easy to, just outside the door in our car park.

Is there a charge for delivery?
Our delivery policy is completely transparent - Standard delivery is charged from £3.99 for next working day delivery by APC Carrier (Royal mail on smaller orders and items)on all orders recieved before 3.00pm. Orders recieved after will be despached next again working day. All is confirmed in the checkout process.
Whre do we ship to?
Delivery is to UK mainland, We can ship to UK Islands this usually adds an extra day or two to the delivery times and may result in a surcharge but we will confirm this with you before processeing you order
Is it in stock?
We keep huge amounts of stock in order to give you fast delivery times. If we are ever out of stock, we can generally give you a clear indication of how quickly it will be back on our shelves. Are we the cheepest?

If you are not entirely satisfied with ANY product purchased from SkyMonster.com, we will replace or refund the product price in full (excludes used & demo equipment)providing the steps below are followed:
The product should be unused, unassembled and in its' original packaging.
The product must be returned to us in good condition within 7 days (5 working days) of date it was delivered to you.
Before returning products, please contact us via e-mail/phone for a Returns Authorisation Number. This should then be clearly written on the carton/s being returned. The Returns Authorisation Number is valid up to the 14th day (10th working day). Goods will not be refunded after this time.
When organising a return, we strongly advise you to return goods via a fully insured courier or special delivery so that you have a proof of delivery back to us.
Please note: Certain card issuers have been known to take up to 10 working days to show the refund on debit/credit cards. Once we have issued a refund onto your card, you will need to contact your card issuer if the refund has not appeared on your statement.
