The DX7se takes further the performance of the original DX7 to meet pilot needs for faster and more precise performance. Still retaining all of the original ground breaking features such as ModelMatch™ and ServoSync™ the engineers at Spektrum moved the original radio on to a new level that caters for pilots looking for a significant performance boost; most especially in the area of helicopters. No big changes in the way the radio looks, the development this time is on the inside and in this case, that’s where it counts!

The Need for Speed – Frame Rate and Latency
Building on the already considerable speed of the DX7 the se delivers a frame rate of 11 ms (the DX7 is 22 ms) and a latency range that’s 50% less than any other radio available today1, making it the fastest system with the most consistent response. The DSM technology that Spektrum developed in favour of FHSS is the very thing that delivers that low latency range and that in turn makes possible the level of precision control that the se is capable of. Helicopter pilots demand the most extreme link between radio and control surfaces and DX7se provides that as never before. No other system can deliver this degree of responsiveness and connectivity without compromising the quality of the RF link.

Resolution. Finer Control.
With the DX7se, resolution has doubled over that of the DX7, to 2048, and this along with the unprecedented speed will able model control with a level of precision that hitherto has not been experienced with any radio system. With hesitation all but eliminated, control inputs that seem so connected and smooth it really is like being in there, hard wired to the controls of the plane or helicopter.

Compatibility
The DX7se is compatible with all of Spektrum’s DSM2 receivers but the extra performance will only be realised if it is used with the following: AR7100, AR7100R, AR9000, AR9100. The DX7se is supplied as a transmitter only, a receiver is not included.
