Is it in stock?
We keep huge amounts of stock in order to give you fast delivery times. If we are ever out of stock, we can generally give you a clear indication of how quickly it will be back on our shelves.

Are we the cheapest?
At we monitor our prices every week to ensure that we remain extremely competitive within the market place. Some companies show extraordinarily low prices, but conveniently never have the actual product in stock. Instead they offer an 'alternative' which is a different specification/quality or a higher price, so don't be fooled.

Thinking Of Returning An Item?

You can cancel your order with no cost to yourself before you receive a dispatch email.  After this your order will have been shipped.  You can still cancel your order but you will be liable for the delivery cost and return costs.  If you refuse delivery, or if we are unable to deliver your order after three attempts (signature required) the goods will be returned to us and the delivery and return costs will be deducted from your refund.

Before returning products, please contact us via e-mail/phone for a Returns Authorization Number.  This should then be clearly written on the carton/s being returned as well as a copy of your original receipt.  The Returns Authorization Number is valid up to the 7th day (5th working day) from the day it was given.  Goods will not be refunded after this time.

When organising a return, we strongly advise you to return goods via a fully insured courier or special delivery so that you have a proof of delivery back to us.

Please note:  Certain card issuers have been known to take up to 10 working days to show the refund on debit/credit cards.  Once we have issued a refund onto your card, you will need to contact your card issuer if the refund has not appeared on your statement after this time.

If you are not entirely satisfied with ANY product purchased from Marionville Models, we will replace or refund the product price in full (excludes used & demo equipment) providing the steps below are followed.

  • The product should be unused, unassembled and in its' original packaging.
  • The product must be returned to us in sellable condition, all packaging and accessories, within 7 days (5 working days) of date it was delivered to you.
