The new Razor 500 SE is the sharpest model in the Century UK hanger and is fully 3D capable at the flick of a switch.
Wielding a set of high strength carbon fibre blades with a 970mm disc and carbon fibre paddles, things need to be strong and controllable, this is handled in the form of a full CNC head and swashplate assembly, with 120' CCPM and 3x 26g servos. A single 40g servo keeps the tail in check as the belt driven carbon fibre tail blades do their thing via the CNC tail box.
At the other end of the tail boom you will find the main gear and tail pulley, nestled in between the carbon fibre framework, along with the brushless hi-power motor and 60a brushless ESC, all connected to the latest CUK 8 channel 2.4GHz receiver.
Out of the box, the Razor 500 SE wears a distinctively angular yellow and white fibreglass canopy, with other optional colours available, for high visibility during the hard manoeuvres it has been built to perform.
The battery needed to drive all of this is a 22.2v 2500mah li-poly (not included) and when fitted gives a flying weight of 1900g so the model is heavy enough to withstand the wind, but light enough to really dance when the sticks of the new Centra CUK-2801 8 channel computerised radio are pushed.

THE VERDICT...(from Rotor World mag)
This is a high spec little machine with a lot to offer. Its well made out of the factory and well set up out of the factory. The model has most upgrades you would ever need or
want, such as the all metal head and all metal tail, meaning as an all in package its great value. The transmitter is also good. As an all round good machine out of the box that is 3D capable
this is a good package, it may lack that extreme zingy flicky appeal that some may require or want, but as an overall package its great. I dont really have anythimng negative to say about it as it is a good all-rounder. Initialy I thought the price tag was high but in reality when you add together the spec of the
machine, the included good quality computer radio gear and the fact it is very well set up out of the box its a good little package.
