Ranged support comes in two flavours for the Empire: State Missile Troops and Archers. The former is a box of 30 drilled professional soldiers who can be armed with crossbows or handguns, for extra range or armour penetration. There are enough parts in the box to build three full command groups, and the Sergeants can be equipped with Hochland Longrifles and powder monkeys.
