No quibble returns and exchanges

Goods may be returned to  Goods are returned at the buyer's cost and risk.  For faulty goods under warranty we can arrange collection and your refund will include the original carriage charge.  If the goods are found not to be faulty you will be liable for the collection and return delivery costs and for the delivery back to the customer.  Custom made goods are not returnable.

If you are not entirely satisfied with ANY product purchased from Marionville Models, we will replace the product or refund the product price in full (excludes used & demo equipment) providing the steps below are followed:

The product should be unused, assembled and in its' original unopened packaging. The product must be returned to us in sell able condition within 7 days (5 working days) of date it was delivered to you.

Before returning products, please contact us via e-mail/phone for a Returns Authorization Number. This should then be clearly written on the carton/s being returned. The Returns Authorization Number is valid up to the 7th day (5th working day). Goods will not be refunded after this time.

Customers Should Note:
When organizing a return, we strongly advise you to return goods via a fully insured courier or special delivery so that you have a proof of delivery back to us.

Certain card issuers have been known to take up to 10 working days to show the refund on debit/credit cards. Once we have issued a refund onto your card, you will need to contact your card issuer if the refund has not appeared on your statement.
