The very ground of Kurnotheal is alive, "singing" a discordance of "greed" as it vomits up the "pillaged" riches of forgotten ages. To hold these treasures is to be consumed by them; the Nexus of Power deck infects your warband with a "covetous" hunger, granting them "lethal" strength so long as they stand over their "scavenged" prize. In the "blood and horror" of the underworlds, you must "claim it with the grip of a forgewrought gauntlet" or be "scythed through" by those who will.
