To look upon Fulgrim is to invite madness. He is a nightmare wrapped in silk and lilac-scented smoke, a four-armed god of excess whose lower half is a mountain of iridescent scales. He does not simply walk; he slithers through the carnage, his movements so fast they appear blurred to the human eye. His laughter is a melodic chime that rings out over the screams of the dying, and his gaze is a hook in the soul that makes his victims welcome the strike of his blade.
