Orks: Painboy

To a Painboy, a scream is just a helpful indicator that the patient is still awake. Surrounded by "blood and horror," they dive into piles of "lost limbs" with a "brutish glee," guided by the "Orky know-wotz" pulsing in their brains. There is no anesthesia here—only the hiss of a welding torch against a "broken face" and the "instinct" to see if a squig's heart might fit into a Nob's chest. They don't just save lives; they "furnish" them with mechanical nightmares and "patch" them together until they are more metal than Ork.
